Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage infrastructure and Kubernetes cluster operations.
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines ensuring efficient software delivery.
• Implement and uphold security and compliance standards within the platform.
• Monitor systems for incidents and lead incident response and disaster recovery processes.
• Automate workflows and tooling to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Security, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver critical solutions.

Essential Qualifications and Expertise

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, containerization, and Kubernetes management.
• Proficiency with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong command of Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana for container orchestration and monitoring.
• Experience with ArgoCD, service mesh technologies, Helm packaging, network policies, and Kubernetes cluster security enhancements.
• Familiarity with Jenkins CI pipelines, GitHub version control, and JIRA for project tracking is advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of networking within cloud environments.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure as code tools including Terraform, Pulumi, and Ansible.
• Experience managing various data stores such as Postgres, Redis, and DynamoDB.
• Exposure to Kafka or comparable messaging systems.
• Expertise in containerized application deployments utilizing Docker.
• Proficient scripting skills in Shell, Python, or Go targeting Linux systems.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in a product-based startup is preferred.
• Cloud and Kubernetes certifications are desirable.
