Role Overview

As a Software Architect (m/w/d), you will be integral to agile project teams working alongside experienced professionals and newcomers to develop innovative solutions for Germany's digital transformation. You will engage in critical public sector initiatives, supporting digital solutions for the federal government, states, and municipalities, including implementing the Online Access Act.

Responsibilities

• Design and conceptualize sustainable application architectures and software solutions.
• Analyze product requirements and use cases to guide development.
• Advise clients on various architectural approaches, design concepts, and development standards.
• Lead your agile development team and manage related projects.
• Create reference architectures to support development efforts.

Qualifications

• Completed IT degree or equivalent IT vocational training.
• Experience in architecture and development of modern application systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, along with current frameworks.
• Experience with project management, business process analysis using BPMN or BPEL, Domain Driven Design, UX design, and software testing.
• German language skills at C1 level.
