Senior SEO Specialist

Role Overview

We seek an adept Senior SEO Specialist with strong expertise in SEO, including technical SEO, E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO targeting. This role demands a deep understanding of Google Search, AI search mechanisms, and large language models (LLM) visibility techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulating and implementing comprehensive, long-term SEO strategies driven by data, research, experimentation, and testing.
• Leveraging AI tools for enhancing SEO-related research, content creation, and execution processes.
• Optimizing content strategy, internal linking frameworks, and topical authority to boost search performance.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Content, Product, Product Marketing Management (PMM), and Demand Generation to align SEO initiatives with overall business goals.
• Focused on delivering meaningful business metrics such as lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth beyond search rankings.

Candidate Profile

• Aptitude for applying SEO techniques focused on Indian MSME (Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises), GST, accounting, and taxation-related search behaviors.
• A track record demonstrating successful SEO-driven growth and accountability for results over a period of at least 2 to 3 years.
