Role Overview
We are searching for an experienced Senior Security Operations Engineer to manage and enhance enterprise security platforms, including endpoint, server, network, and secure access systems. The candidate will collaborate closely with teams from infrastructure, network, IT, and engineering to bolster security operations, ensure service reliability, and promote automation across critical security technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize CrowdStrike across user and server devices, establishing sensor policies, fine-tuning detections, and creating response playbooks.
- Administer Zscaler solutions including ZIA, ZDX, and ZPA, handling policy lifecycles, tunnel setups, application connector health, and monitoring user experience.
- Diagnose and resolve problems related to network connectivity, VPN, secure access, and other SASE services.
- Support security operations tasks such as incident response and root cause investigations across managed platforms.
- Automate standard processes, reporting, and platform integrations using APIs and scripting.
- Manage security platform configurations with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines adhering to Infrastructure as Code practices and change management.
- Leverage generative AI tools to enhance operational workflows, debugging, and team productivity.
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum seven years in security operations, endpoint security, network security, or related security engineering roles.
- Hands-on expertise with CrowdStrike on both user and server endpoints.
- Deep understanding of Zscaler ZIA, ZDX, ZPA, or comparable SASE solutions.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot enterprise network, VPN, and SASE-related issues.
- Proficiency with APIs, scripting languages, Terraform, and CI/CD pipeline tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with collaborative skills to work with various technical teams.
