About the Company and Role
M/s Good Leather Garments is hiring for the position of Senior Retail Executive at their Jaipur location on Tonk Road. This role involves overseeing daily retail operations and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service in a leather garments retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in choosing appropriate products according to their needs.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about products to customers.
- Meet or exceed both personal and store-wide sales objectives.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, product exchanges, and provide after-sales support with professionalism.
- Maintain attractive product displays and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
- Keep track of stock levels and coordinate restocking efforts when necessary.
- Assist with billing processes, cash handling, and oversee Point-of-Sale (POS) system operations.
- Support the Store Manager with daily operational tasks and coordinate the sales team effectively.
- Mentor and guide junior sales employees as needed.
- Ensure the store maintains cleanliness, discipline, and a professional appearance at all times.
- Prepare and update daily sales and operational reports.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and retail standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively handle customers.
- Strong capability to achieve sales targets under a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic experience with billing, POS systems, and inventory management.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and skills in team coordination.
- Professional demeanor and a positive, proactive attitude.
Work Schedule and Location
The position is located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Reporting
The Senior Retail Executive will report directly to the Store Manager and overall management.
Salary Details
The monthly salary range offered for this role is between 20,000 and 30,000 INR.
