Stonewood Homes Toowoomba is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Estimator with deep residential building expertise. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the residential construction process, from initial sales and preliminaries through to project completion.
Qualifications and Experience
- More than 10 years of industry experience in residential building
- Proficient in estimating and quoting for residential projects
- Strong knowledge of residential pre-construction and preliminary phases
- Familiarity with construction and project management software
- Background in design and drafting
- Exceptional sales and communication capabilities
- Carpentry or trade experience is highly valued
- Keen practical insight into construction and meticulous attention to detail
