Role Overview

This position involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while generating new business opportunities within a designated territory. The role requires promotion of the full range of ENERGIA products and services, reporting weekly visit plans, managing customer inquiries and negotiations, ensuring safe work practices, and keeping detailed records of daily activities in the CRM system. Additionally, managing collections to keep outstanding invoices below 60 days is part of the responsibility.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in power solutions, industrial equipment, or energy services, preferably within the GCC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard business productivity tools.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, field-based environments with travel requirements across Saudi Arabia.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
