Key Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new sales prospects and industrial sectors.
• Regularly interact with vendors to promote a broad range of industrial products and drive sales.
• Establish and nurture strong connections with purchase managers, plant executives, and key decision-makers.
• Deliver product demonstrations and offer detailed technical explanations to clients.
• Generate quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize sales agreements.
• Track inquiries, orders, payment status, and customer feedback diligently.
• Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals.
• Stay informed about competitor actions and prevailing market conditions.
• Provide daily reports on client interactions and sales progress to the manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline is required; Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in B2B sales of industrial products.
• Proven expertise in marketing industrial tools, safety equipment, MRO components, electrical goods, or associated industrial supplies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Familiarity with the industrial segment in the National Capital Region (NCR) is advantageous.
