About the Role

The Senior Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating the sales department's operations by managing customer orders, supporting the sales team, and maintaining effective communication between clients, sales personnel, and internal departments. This position requires handling sales documents, tracking statuses, producing reports, and assisting in meeting sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with the sales team to oversee daily activities and fulfill customer requirements.
• Generate quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related paperwork accurately.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers about orders, payments, delivery schedules, and queries.
• Keep comprehensive records of customers, sales databases, and order statuses.

• Supervise sales order progression from initial confirmation to final delivery.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management on daily, weekly, and monthly intervals.
