Senior Relationship Manager (Arabic Speaker)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Relationship Manager fluent in Arabic to join our team based in Dubai, UAE. This full-time, on-site position involves managing and developing a portfolio consisting of high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and active traders specializing in FX, CFDs, and derivatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with new individual and institutional clients.
• Establish long-lasting client relationships to enhance trading volume and satisfaction.
• Assess clients' trading needs to offer customized FX and CFD trading solutions.
• Regularly engage clients via meetings, calls, and updates on market insights and trading possibilities.
• Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Stay informed on market developments, competition, and regulatory changes.
• Promote the company’s brand and trading platforms both locally and internationally.
• Represent the company at expos, seminars, and industry events.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• At least two years in a relationship management role within the Forex or CFD sectors.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets including FX, CFDs, indices, and commodities.
• Demonstrated success in attracting and handling high-value clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; additional languages are advantageous.
• Familiar with trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4/5 and cTrader.
• Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
