Senior Recruiter - Canada Non-IT

Job Location and Working Hours

This role is stationed in Begumpet, Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with work hours scheduled from 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range offered is between 4 to 8 LPA, negotiable based on relevant experience, complemented by performance-based incentives that can reach up to 24 Lakhs annually.

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced recruiters to join our team specializing in Canada Non-IT recruitment. Candidates will focus on sectors including Engineering, Construction, Finance, Banking, Automotive, Legal, and additional Non-IT areas. Proficiency in sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn RPS, Monster, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, and Indeed is essential, alongside expertise in Boolean search techniques and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum two years of experience in Canadian Non-IT recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet organizational goals and KPIs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
