Primary Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive executive recruitment cycles, including role calibration, market mapping, candidate slate creation, and closing offers, particularly in complex stakeholder environments.
• Develop and sustain proactive, evergreen candidate pipelines to minimize time-to-fill for key positions.
• Enhance slate quality by improving targeting and rigorous candidate qualification processes.
• Increase offer acceptance rates by aligning early on compensation, candidate motivations, and speeding decision timelines.
• Decrease dependence on external search agencies by building strong internal search capabilities.

Essential Competencies

• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of executive roles and technical skill requirements for accurate candidate assessment.
• Strategic Planning: Ability to design and implement data-driven recruitment strategies aligned with company growth and hiring goals.
• Problem Solving: Detect challenges in hiring processes and apply innovative solutions for seamless recruitment experiences.
• Adaptability: Quickly adjust to shifting priorities, market dynamics, and organizational needs while maintaining professional standards.
• Negotiation Skills: Effectively negotiate offers and employment terms balancing candidate expectations and budget constraints.
• Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and partners to ensure successful hires.

Candidate Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of five years, preferably seven or more, in technical recruitment with proven success sourcing, evaluating, and hiring engineering professionals.
• Extensive experience in managing the full recruiting life cycle from sourcing through onboarding.
• Passion for gaming, with keen insight into gaming culture, industry trends, and technology.
• Background in startup or turnaround environments demonstrating initiative and ownership of recruitment results.
• History of stable appointments with at least two years tenure per role, highlighting professional growth and internal promotions.
• Preference for candidates based in Bangalore or those willing to relocate to the Bangalore office (Table Space Towers, 4th Cross Rd, Kaveri Nagar, Krishnarajapuram, Bengaluru 560048).
