Key Responsibilities
- Independent acquisition of sales properties in sought-after locations throughout Hamburg.
- Conduct property valuations and develop market-appropriate price recommendations.
- Build and maintain a personal network of property owners, investors, and collaboration partners.
- Manage the sales process of residential and investment real estate from acquisition to property handover.
Qualifications
- Several years of verifiable experience in real estate sales, preferably with luxury residential properties.
- Completed training as a real estate agent or equivalent qualifications gained through professional experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the Hamburg real estate market, particularly popular residential areas.
