Senior React Developer – TypeScript

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior React Developer with extensive expertise in React and TypeScript to join a dynamic engineering team. The candidate will be instrumental in creating scalable, high-quality, and responsive web applications in close coordination with product management, UX designers, backend developers, and architects.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and sustain modern web applications employing React and TypeScript.
• Create reusable, scalable, and easy-to-maintain user interface components.
• Convert UI/UX designs and business specifications into robust, high-quality technical implementations.
• Ensure user interfaces are responsive and accessible across multiple browsers and devices.
• Integrate frontend components with backend services via REST APIs.
• Utilize modern React practices including Hooks, Context API, component composition, and state management techniques.
• Craft clean, modular, and reusable code using TypeScript.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and component tests to ensure application reliability.
• Identify and fix issues impacting application performance, usability, and production stability.
• Engage in code reviews and help establish frontend coding conventions and best practices.
• Collaborate effectively within Agile/Scrum teams including backend developers, QA specialists, designers, product owners, and technical architects.
• Contribute ideas for frontend architecture, design, and continuous process enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 7 years of software development experience with a significant focus on frontend development.
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience developing applications using React.
• Proficient in TypeScript and modern JavaScript features.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive web design principles, and web standards.
• In-depth understanding of React fundamentals including React Hooks, component structure, state and lifecycle management, Context API, and reusable components.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, or Zustand.
• Skilled at integrating RESTful APIs and managing asynchronous data flows.
• Experienced in using frontend testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Good grasp of Git version control, branching workflows, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and debugging techniques.
