Position Overview and Responsibilities

• Perform regular audits of US voice call interactions to assess quality per established criteria.
• Deliver prompt, constructive feedback to agents guided by audit outcomes.
• Detect repetitive compliance and quality shortcomings and suggest remediation measures.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess at least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a BPO setting.
• Proven expertise in auditing US Voice processes is essential.
• Exhibit strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail for identifying procedural inconsistencies.

Work Schedule and Additional Information

• Shift timings are 6:30 PM to 4:30 AM, Monday through Friday.
• Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are fixed weekly off days.
• Transportation (cab) service is not provided.
• Immediate starters receive preference.
