Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects and manage teams, serving as a liaison with the Management Board.
• Organize and coordinate client projects while evolving communication campaigns.
• Develop and design strategic communications concepts.
• Independently execute communication activities effectively.
• Manage budgeting and financial oversight.
• Stay informed on current trends and insights in public relations.
• Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and editorial content.
• Expand and nurture relationships with journalists, influencers, and opinion leaders through targeted agenda-setting and storytelling.
• Oversee external providers such as event agencies and coordinate collaboration on individual projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• University degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Several years of solid hands-on experience in conceptualizing, planning, overseeing, and executing PR campaigns.
• Strong interest in automotive topics, with prior experience in the automotive sector preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a confident, engaging, and persuasive presence.
• Proven experience in managing and structuring teams.
• Goal-driven and independent worker.
• Highly creative, communicative, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
