Role Overview

The Senior Property Consultant position is a full-time onsite role based in Dubai. This role involves overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties and guiding clients throughout their property transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing. Responsibilities involve organizing property viewings, advising clients on market trends and investment potentials, creating and delivering proposals, as well as negotiating agreements to successfully finalize deals.

The consultant must stay knowledgeable about local regulatory requirements and market developments, collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensure that all transaction documentation is accurate and compliant. Additional duties include handling client questions, offering continuous post-sale support, and actively generating leads and maintaining client relationships to meet sales objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Possess strong advisory skills to evaluate client needs and propose appropriate property options.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for clear presentations, negotiations, and relationship development.
• Demonstrate proven customer service aptitude including responsiveness and professionalism with a client-first mindset.
• Show a successful sales record within real estate or related industries, achieving or surpassing set targets.
• Have a solid grasp of real estate markets in Dubai, including valuation methods, legal regulations, and transactional procedures.
• Hold extensive experience as a Property Consultant or similar, with an emphasis on senior-level real estate roles.
• Be fluent in English, with additional languages commonly used in Dubai considered advantageous.
• Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple clients and properties efficiently.
• Be proficient in CRM software, property listing platforms, and standard office applications.
• Possess relevant academic qualifications or certifications in real estate, business, or associated fields, which are preferred.
