Role Summary
The Senior Property Advisor will guide clients in exploring and investing in upscale residential projects developed by leading Tier 1 builders. The role involves managing a company-assigned client portfolio, aligning property options with client investment goals, and steering the sales process through to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Recommend residential properties tailored to individual client investment preferences.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
- Handle the end-to-end sales cycle, from establishing first contact through post-sale follow-up.
- Organize and lead property site tours for potential buyers.
- Engage in negotiations and assist clients in making well-informed decisions.
- Keep abreast of market dynamics, competition, and evolving sales tactics to inform clients effectively.
- Achieve sales targets and identify new revenue-generating opportunities within the market.
Required Qualifications and Skills

Compensation
This position offers a monthly remuneration in the range of ₹25,000 to ₹45,000.
