Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our expanding Infrastructure Project Management team. We are looking for candidates with experience in sectors such as energy, aviation, transportation, water, and utilities. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project schedules and ensure the timely delivery of all required outputs by a high-performing team.
• Facilitate input from various functional areas to ensure accurate and prompt reporting.

• Ensure proactive and effective engagement with customers and stakeholders.

The Senior Project Manager will collaborate across departments to achieve business objectives, manage intricate technical and commercial issues, and serve as an escalation point when needed. This position also requires fostering effective communication and coordination with clients and stakeholders through meaningful engagement, clear reporting, and robust relationship management.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project delivery within a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cross-functional team deliverables and guide complex solutions to successful completion.
• Exceptional leadership, influencing, and collaborative abilities.
• A thorough understanding of the technical and commercial aspects of the power industry and its connection processes.
• Capacity to motivate teams and drive high performance in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent analytical, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong decision-making capabilities.
• A proactive, driven, and committed approach to achieving strategic goals.
