Senior Project Manager, Retail Technology (Remote)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in Retail Technology to oversee sophisticated technology initiatives spanning in-store operations, e-commerce, and supply chain domains. This position requires managing end-to-end project lifecycles with a focus on advancing retail technology systems.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale retail tech programs from initiation through delivery and closure.
• Coordinate and direct interdisciplinary teams including engineering, product management, store operations, and external vendors.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program schedules, plans, and dependency mappings.
• Conduct executive steering committee meetings and manage communications with key stakeholders.
• Oversee risk identification, issue resolution, and change management throughout project phases.
• Drive post-implementation evaluations and promote continuous process improvements.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of six years’ project or program management experience within retail or commerce sectors.
• Proficient knowledge of retail systems such as POS, Order Management Systems (OMS), ERP platforms, and e-commerce solutions.
• Preferred certifications include PMP, PgMP, or recognized equivalents.
• Hands-on expertise with project management tools like Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Project.
• Superior written communication skills paired with executive stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Strong aptitude in risk management and dependency handling.
