Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Dubai office and oversee critical projects across the UAE. The successful candidate will lead complex repair and restoration construction projects enhancing infrastructure durability throughout the UAE and GCC regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage complicated repair and restoration projects performed in-house.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate contract documents, collaborating with internal contract teams as needed.
• Develop project schedules coordinating closely with field leadership teams.
• Maintain financial accountability including profit and loss as well as project financial forecasts.
• Provide effective leadership, mentorship, and supervision to Project Managers, Field Managers, Project Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with Estimators and Sales teams to assist in bid reviews and proposal developments.
• Assess risks and potential losses associated with managed projects.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships.
• Commit to rigorous safety standards and quality control throughout all projects.

Candidate Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication and technical writing skills; Arabic proficiency preferred.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Have over 12 years of pertinent experience in commercial construction and restoration industries.
• Demonstrated success in managing construction projects involving structural concrete repair, waterproofing, façade repair, and historic restoration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with project management and financial forecasting software tools.
• Exhibit strong leadership capabilities with a track record of training and mentoring teams effectively.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects ensuring their successful and timely completion.
• Willingness to be based in the UAE with flexibility for travel throughout the GCC region.
