About the Role

Join Infoblox in Riyadh as a Senior Professional Services Consultant within the Professional Services Solutions team. This role focuses on accelerating client adoption of Infoblox's advanced networking and security solutions by delivering installation services and providing technical leadership. You'll engage directly with customers, transforming their business needs and challenges into effective implementation projects while maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and comprehend customers' business needs and challenges to develop actionable implementation plans.
• Collaborate closely with customers and Infoblox Professional Services team members to address technical and business issues using products such as NIOS, UniversalDDI, and Infoblox Threat Defense.
• Develop and maintain clear technical project documentation.
• Conduct upgrades and refreshes of Infoblox environments in customer settings.
• Manage projects to ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and meet goals with a customer satisfaction rate of 95% or higher.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to optimize customer discovery, service scoping, proposal creation, and pre-sales activities while preserving professionalism and client focus.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to customers on Infoblox technologies during project execution.
• Support Skilled to Secure partners by sharing best practices for Infoblox implementations.
• Contribute to the Professional Services knowledge repository to drive continuous improvement.
• Build strong, trustworthy relationships with regional Professional Services, Support, and Sales teams.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in professional services delivery and technical consulting, preferably with exposure to Infoblox, BlueCat, or Palo Alto Networks.
• Background in SaaS-based networking or software security environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and IP address management best practices is beneficial.
• Experience using DevOps tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, or similar is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Azure is desirable.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
• A customer-first approach combined with a proactive mindset to meet client needs effectively.
• Understanding of security concepts and familiarity with relevant products is an added benefit.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% as part of job responsibilities.
• A minimum educational qualification of a bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or equivalent experience.

Career Progression

• First 90 Days: Integrate into Infoblox’s culture, engage with mentors, connect with key stakeholders, and set short- and long-term objectives.
• Six Months: Collaborate with customers on solution implementation, progress toward product certification, and achieve performance metrics including utilization and customer satisfaction.
• One Year: Establish yourself as a trusted technical resource for Infoblox products, be capable of managing full lifecycle implementations using Infoblox Standard Migration Methodology, and contribute to the knowledge base.
