Role Overview

We invite a proactive and driven Senior Product Manager to join our team to design, build, and deliver robust, user-friendly product solutions addressing complex business challenges. You will collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to understand needs deeply, shaping the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with our payroll platforms and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the product vision and strategy through comprehensive user research, stakeholder engagement, and analytics.
  • Create, prioritize, and maintain a rich and valuable product roadmap.
  • Gain expertise in your product's integration points with other systems and related business workflows.
  • Engage with stakeholders to clarify business requirements and translate them into actionable product specifications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Implementations, Support, and Payroll Operations to integrate feedback into product plans.
  • Diagnose problems, document assumptions, and design innovative solutions.
  • Lead large-scale, cross-team product initiatives including system integration projects.
  • Manage the agile backlog of features and enhancements, adapting in a fast-changing environment.
  • Work alongside development to ensure requirements are well communicated via user stories, PRDs, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Partner with UX designers to guide product usability and ensure a superior user experience.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing and resolve product defects effectively.
  • Support Product Marketing and Sales teams in preparing go-to-market plans for launches.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years in senior product management roles focused on enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Experience with file and asset management platforms preferred.
  • Skilled at influencing diverse stakeholders with outstanding verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to distill technical and analytical data for business audiences.
  • Competence working with complex platform integrations.
  • Technical knowledge or aptitude to learn asset management concepts like data indexing, OCR, and cloud storage technologies including Azure and AWS.
  • Strong results orientation with ability to plan and execute amidst ambiguity.
  • Highly detail-oriented with superior problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with payroll, human resources, accounting, and entertainment industry operations is highly valued.

Working Conditions

  • Primarily sedentary work requiring sitting extensively with occasional walking or standing periods.
  • Occasional exertion of up to 15 lbs. of force may be required for lifting, carrying, or pushing.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range is $180,000 to $200,000, influenced by experience, qualifications, skills, licensing, certifications, geographic pay scales, and other organizational factors.
