Position Summary

The Senior Product Manager will lead the design and user experience initiatives for Ceffu's Institutional Financial Platform. This role encompasses ownership of the complete product lifecycle for global institutional clients, covering key financial services such as Institutional Lending, Over-the-Counter (OTC) Trading, and Portfolio & Risk Management workflows. You will translate intricate financial concepts into secure, intuitive, and enterprise-quality user interfaces, effectively merging traditional financial operations with cutting-edge Web3 usability standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle for institutional financial products including lending, OTC trading, and financing services.
• Develop and oversee institutional lending and credit solutions, including margin lending, collateral oversight, loan-to-value tracking, and interest rate processes.
• Design streamlined OTC/RFQ trading workflows, client quotation interfaces, and post-trade confirmation routines tailored for institutional counterparties.
• Collaborate with risk teams to establish balance controls, alerts, and client-facing risk dashboards offering real-time insights into positions and collateral status.
• Create seamless B2B user experiences, focused on Web/Portal interfaces for institutional traders, operations teams, and fund managers.
• Architect advanced access models, supporting complex multi-entity sub-account configurations, flexible role-based access control (RBAC), multi-signature and approval policies, along with enhanced security settings.
• Optimize the developer experience for institutional clients by improving API documentation, SDK usage, FIX/WebSocket connection setups, and comprehensive report generation.
• Enhance client onboarding and ongoing operations, simplifying processes from Know Your Business (KYB) compliance to daily fund management, balance reconciliation, and account administration.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least 4 years of experience in Product Management within FinTech, Digital Assets, SaaS, or Institutional Financial Services sectors.
• Strong understanding of core financial products, especially related to Institutional Lending, Margin products, OTC Trading, or enterprise risk dashboard systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing complex B2B/institutional platforms, focusing on usability, account hierarchies, approval processes, and effective data visualization.
• Proven capabilities in workflow design, wireframing, enhancing API usability, and collecting constructive feedback directly from institutional clients or related team members.

Desirable Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience or knowledge of Web3 technologies and digital asset mechanisms including crypto market dynamics, multi-party computation (MPC) custody, and digital lending protocols.
• Practical experience with AI and automation tools, particularly in leveraging AI/LLMs to improve client engagement, automate operational and risk management workflows, or accelerate product development.
