Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a significant product domain. This position involves steering the strategy, prioritizing initiatives, and overseeing execution across multiple engineering teams, ensuring that the developed products positively influence key business metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage the roadmap and strategic direction for a major product segment.
Lead the phases of discovery, validation, and precise definition for new product initiatives.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams from specification stage through launch.
Define and monitor success metrics for the product area under your ownership.
Provide mentorship to junior product managers and actively contribute to enhancing product management practices.
Effectively communicate product vision and progress updates to leadership and the wider organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A minimum of six years of experience in product management with a proven record of delivering scalable software solutions.
Experience owning significant product areas with demonstrable impact on business outcomes.
Strong analytical capabilities with a comfort level in making decisions based on quantitative trade-offs.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including proficiency in crafting product requirement documents.
Experience collaborating with senior engineering and design colleagues.
Demonstrated bias toward action and skill in translating ambiguity into concrete outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary aligned with experience, qualifications, and location, approximate range USD 140,000 to 220,000.
