Senior Product Manager (Roadmap) - Star Trek Fleet Command

About the Role

Join Scopely as a Senior Product Manager to lead the Star Trek™ Fleet Command live game team based in Dublin. This role is focused on managing key monetisation and player engagement initiatives, including driving the monthly content roadmap to ensure cohesive and outstanding player experiences aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee content and performance strategy for monthly releases, balancing player motivations, economic factors, and business KPIs
• Manage the monthly content schedule, collaborating with Design, Production, and Engineering to deliver on time and high quality
• Leverage data analysis and experimentation to enhance monetisation, engagement, and retention across diverse player segments
• Gain deep insights into player behavior across different regions and platforms to implement personalization and segmentation approaches
• Work with economy and systems design to assure content supports long-term game progression and prevents inflation
• Collaborate with UX, Research, and Community teams to incorporate player sentiment and feedback into product improvements
• Develop business cases for new initiatives, including competitive analysis and revenue forecasting
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture emphasizing product excellence and cross-team cooperation

Qualifications

• Extensive product management experience with notable responsibility on free-to-play mobile games
• Proven track record managing complex monetisation and engagement content systems
• Data-driven approach with ability to convert performance metrics into strategic action plans
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to unify diverse stakeholders under a common product vision
• Empathy for players supported by experience working with user research, community feedback, or player voice channels
• Experience influencing across cross-functional teams including creative, design, and engineering
