Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a key product segment. This position involves setting strategy, managing prioritization, and driving execution across several engineering groups to deliver impactful outcomes on critical performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the roadmap and strategic direction of a principal product area.
- Lead discovery, validation, and definition stages for new product initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams from specification through launch.
- Establish and monitor success metrics relevant to your product domain.
- Mentor junior product managers and help enhance product management best practices.
- Present vision and progress updates to leadership and the broader organization.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- More than six years of experience managing software products at scale.
- Proven history of ownership over significant product areas that delivered measurable business results.
- Strong analytical capabilities with ease in making quantitative trade-off decisions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including expertise in crafting product requirement documents.
- Experience collaborating with senior engineering and design teams.
- A proactive bias for action and aptitude for resolving ambiguity to achieve tangible results.

Compensation
