Role Overview

We seek a Senior Product Manager with expertise in operational workforce and resource management solutions, particularly for Construction, Engineering, and related project-driven sectors. Based in the UK with a global scope, you will lead product initiatives from discovery through adoption, working closely with customers, engineers, designers, and industry experts to validate opportunities, shape strategy, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role emphasizes strong product leadership, strategic insight, and passion for leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies to tackle complex workforce challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape product strategy and roadmap for your product domains and investments, balancing customer value, commercial potential, and platform evolution.
• Engage directly with customers and partners to understand challenges and validate opportunities before investment.
• Establish design partnerships and lighthouse customers to foster discovery and adoption.
• Define product outcomes by translating customer problems into impactful experiences with closely coordinated prototyping and validation alongside engineering and design teams.
• Leverage AI technologies to accelerate innovation and product definition.
• Build evidence-based business cases and lead initiatives from discovery to market adoption.
• Champion AI-first thinking to revolutionize workforce-intensive industries by simplifying work through intelligent automation and introducing new interaction models.
• Collaborate with customers to develop the next generation of workforce management experiences on IFS Cloud.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven product management experience in SaaS offerings related to workforce, resource, field service, or enterprise software solutions.
• Background in contributing to product strategy, roadmap planning, discovery, delivery, and adoption processes.
• Knowledge of workforce planning, scheduling, attendance, resource management, labor compliance, payroll integration, or analytics.
• Understanding of operational industries such as Construction, Engineering, Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, or Field Service.
• Experience engaging with global customers and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Successful collaboration with engineering and design teams.
• Fluency in English with readiness for international travel.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Experience in workforce management, resource planning, scheduling, payroll, human capital management, or operational workforce solutions.
• Familiarity with project-centric industries like construction, energy, or manufacturing.
• Insight into workforce productivity, compliance, payroll, and workforce analytics.
• Experience building AI-powered enterprise software products and knowledge of AI, automation, and agentic experience paradigms.
• Background in modernizing enterprise SaaS products and involvement with business case development, pricing, monetization, or product P&L responsibilities.
• Experience establishing co-innovation programs with design partners or customers.
• Degree or equivalent credentials in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
