Job description

About Rabot Energy

Rabot Energy is an independent supplier of dynamic electricity tariffs powered by 100% renewable energy. Our innovative purchasing strategies combine ecological sustainability with cost savings in home energy management. By passing on stock market prices directly to customers, we reduce their electricity bills by around 35% on average. Electric vehicle owners and users of smart meters benefit especially from our dynamic tariffs, as they can automatically charge their vehicles at home when market prices are lowest. The Rabot Energy app allows users to easily set charging preferences and track current market prices, contributing actively to increasing renewable energy's share of total electricity consumption in Germany.

Our vision is to empower every customer to smartly control their energy usage while conserving environment and resources. Our smart charging and energy management offerings facilitate progress in the energy transition, already winning over 170,000 customers.

Why Join Now?

The energy market is undergoing the most significant transformation in 50 years, shifting from managing power to making it intelligent. Rabot Energy is experiencing triple-digit growth with proven product-market fit. We are not looking for managers but for architects to accelerate our expansion.

Your Mission

You will own the Partner Platform product including our partner API, internal admin APIs, and white-label partner projects. A deep understanding of our partner landscape and integration archetypes will enable you to identify prime product opportunities and translate them into a clear, prioritized roadmap.

You will manage the entire product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, collaboration with engineering, launch, and measurement. Your objective is to design partner onboarding to be fast, reproducible, and increasingly self-service, allowing new partners to go live in days instead of weeks. You will work closely with engineering, platform teams, sales, and partners while implementing an AI-first mindset within the team. Reporting will be directly to executive management.

Key Deliverables

  • Month 3 (Ramp-up): Gain comprehensive knowledge of partner ecosystem, tech stack, integration archetypes, and API products. Become a key contact for partner onboardings with an initial onboarding/configuration enhancement implemented.
  • Month 6 (Performance): Independently manage product lifecycle with measurable improvements such as reducing partner time-to-live and enhancing partner satisfaction. Advance API and white-label projects effectively. Establish and communicate a clear, prioritized platform roadmap.
  • Month 12 (Scale): Grow and scale the partner base efficiently with repeatable and largely self-service onboarding processes. Embed the AI-first culture within the team. Serve as the primary reference for partner platform excellence, optimizing processes, tooling, and quality across the B2B2C environment.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Senior Product Manager with approximately 5 to 8 years of product management experience, having led products from discovery through to measurable outcomes.
  • Expertise in platform and API products with strong technical affinity, comfortable collaborating closely with engineering teams.
  • Experience with scaling partner, integration, or B2B2C products and driving repeatable, fast, and self-service onboarding.
  • Data-driven mindset prioritizing impact, using OKRs and key metrics such as time-to-live and partner satisfaction to track success.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and fostering an AI-first approach as a core working principle.
  • Ownership mentality, able to navigate ambiguity and work at a high velocity, especially in evolving processes.
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
  • Desirable: experience in the energy sector or regulated industries, knowledge of white-label products, technical background in engineering or data, and familiarity with self-service onboarding and developer experience.

What We Offer

  • Complete ownership of the partner platform product from day one, including API, white-label, and onboarding efforts, with direct access to executive leadership.
  • Opportunity to shape the growth of our partner ecosystem and the AI-first approach to product development.
  • A culture emphasizing transparency and learning from failures.

Additional Benefits

  • Employee discount for Rabot Energy electricity tariff.
  • Partnership with Urban Sports Club and Deutschlandticket.
