Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a talented Product Manager to join our Elastic Observability team, specifically focusing on logs and logs analytics functionality. Your expertise in the Observability field will be key in creating an exceptional end-to-end full-stack Observability experience, enhancing how we collect logs from applications and infrastructure. This position has a major influence on the success and growth of our Observability product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance our logs analytics features, ensuring alignment with company and organizational strategies.
• Drive progress and influence the full lifecycle of log collection, ingestion, and management.
• Create functionalities targeting modern Site Reliability Engineers (SREs), such as integrating GenAI and autonomous workflows, automated SLO/SLI metrics from logs, smart alerting, and correlation of logs, metrics, and traces.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, and Design to deliver high-quality application monitoring experiences.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams on go-to-market strategies, messaging, competitive research, enablement, and promoting feature adoption.
• Monitor user engagement and gather feedback to continuously improve the product and features.

Required Qualifications and Expertise

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in product management or a closely related area.
• Technical background in logs analytics.
• Familiarity with Observability and performance monitoring domains.
• Ability to transform abstract challenges into clearly defined, prioritized solutions with a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A strong interest in industry trends and competitive landscapes.
• Experience working in remote, globally distributed environments is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence is an added advantage.

Compensation Details

This role offers a base salary within the range of €104,800 to €165,700 EUR per year. There is no variable compensation component. Salary is determined by factors including relevant experience, skill level, role responsibilities, and market benchmarks, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
