Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager responsible for overseeing a significant product segment. This role involves directing strategy, prioritization, and execution among multiple engineering teams to ensure development focuses on key performance indicators that drive impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the roadmap and strategic direction for a major product category.
• Lead discovery, validation, and definition phases for new product initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams from specifications to product launches.
• Establish and monitor success metrics for the assigned product area.
• Provide mentorship to junior product managers and contribute to overall product management practices.
• Communicate vision and progress updates to leadership and wider teams.

Qualifications and Skills

• Over six years of experience managing software products at scale with a proven record of impactful ownership.
• Strong analytical capabilities with ease in quantitative decision-making.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, including expertise in creating product requirement documents.
• Experience collaborating with senior engineering and design colleagues.
• Proactive mindset, able to convert ambiguity into clear outcomes.

• Strong ability to articulate technical choices effectively in writing.
