Role Overview
As a Senior Product Manager focused on Demand services within Cint’s Exchange, you will develop strategic roadmaps and lead delivery efforts. Working primarily in the EU/UK time zone with some collaboration with US teams during CET hours, you may work remotely or from one of our engineering offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and champion the long-term product vision for Cint’s Exchange, identifying future opportunities with significant business impact.
- Effectively communicate the rationale behind your product strategy to senior leaders and the broader organization, clarifying complex technical and customer challenges.
- Use data-driven and customer-focused research to validate ideas and prioritize initiatives. Prepare detailed product requirements and work closely with R&D leadership to navigate technical trade-offs.
- Establish strong, collaborative partnerships with stakeholders across multiple functions including R&D, Data Science, Commercial, Operations, Legal, and Marketing to ensure alignment and successful market launches.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced in launching and scaling complex products or platforms from inception to market, or revitalizing existing offerings for growth.
- Customer-centric with a skill for translating client problems within ResTech and data domains into clear, data-backed product requirements.
- Hands-on experience managing the full lifecycle of API and UI-based products, demonstrating delivery of high-quality user experiences.
- Technical knowledge and interest in emerging technologies such as Large Language Models and modern software development stacks is highly desirable.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of storytelling and managing complex stakeholder relationships, especially at senior levels.
- Self-motivated and effective at working independently in a remote-first environment.
