Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

Join the Product team at Hive based in Berlin, where you'll play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our fulfillment-facing platform. Collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Fulfillment, Growth, and Customer Success teams, you will ensure our platform meets the evolving needs of the brands we serve. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you'll influence merchant onboarding, operations, and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the product roadmap for the fulfillment-facing platform, encompassing integrations, operational tools, onboarding processes, and analytics, guiding development from strategic vision through to deployment.
• Collaborate with fulfillment and operations teams to identify and resolve friction points, translating their input into scalable product enhancements.
• Establish and rigorously monitor success metrics, including activation, adoption, and merchant satisfaction to measure product impact.
• Partner with Customer Support to detect recurring merchant issues and create a continuous feedback loop that drives iterative product improvements.
• Champion innovation by developing new features that increase efficiency and advance innovation in fulfillment centers.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 5 years professional experience with at least 3 years in product management, preferably involving end-customer facing products. Background in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, logistics, or marketplace platforms is advantageous.
• Mindset: Comfortable operating amid ambiguity, proactive with a bias for action, customer-centric, adept at decision-making despite incomplete information, and skilled at bringing structure to undefined scenarios.
• Hard Skills: Expertise in translating data and user feedback into product features, managing roadmaps, prioritizing based on data insights, handling APIs and system integrations, and defining/tracking product performance metrics.
• Soft Skills: Effective communicator capable of aligning diverse stakeholders toward shared goals; demonstrates strong customer empathy and is open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Language: Fluency in English is required.
