- Identify critical use cases through direct engagement with customers and map required data and capabilities to meet those needs.
- Conduct interviews, demonstrations, and beta programs with clients and prospects to validate product direction and inform platform investment priorities.
- Convert customer and market insights into clear, compelling value propositions for both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product management, development, and UX teams to define and establish effective solutions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across Planview’s diverse product lines and field teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a customer-facing enterprise software product management role.
- Demonstrated customer-centric approach, engaging stakeholders directly to validate product directions and clearly communicate platform business value.
- Expertise in conducting structured discovery, validation, and beta feedback to transform customer input into data-driven roadmap priorities.
- Strong platform orientation with the ability to guide data sourcing, taxonomy, and platform development for multi-product scalability and resilience.
- Excellent communication skills, translating complex technical platform concepts into accessible, customer-focused narratives for executive and cross-functional audiences.
- Proven leadership skills, influencing teams without direct authority and fostering alignment among technical and business groups.
- Experience working in Agile environments in fast-moving, dynamic settings.
Preferred Experience

- Background working with data engineering teams to build scalable enterprise solutions.
- Familiarity with Strategic Portfolio Management, Project Portfolio Management, and Enterprise Agile Planning and Delivery domains.
- Strong analytical aptitude, capable of identifying trends in data architectures and managing complex system dependencies.
- Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Knowledge in project portfolio management, financial management, or resource management domains.
