Senior Product Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a significant product domain remotely on a full-time basis. This position involves strategic ownership and execution management across multiple engineering teams, ensuring development efforts align with critical business metrics.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap and strategic vision for a key product segment.
• Lead discovery, validation, and the specification process for new product initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams from concept through to launch.
• Define, track, and own success metrics relevant to the product area.
• Provide mentorship to junior product managers and contribute positively to product management practices.
• Effectively communicate vision and progress updates to executive leadership and broader teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 6 years' experience in product management delivering software products at scale.
• Proven history of managing impactful product areas with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to make data-driven trade-offs.
• Excellent communication skills, including the creation of Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
• Experience collaborating with senior engineering and design stakeholders.
• Bias towards action and skill at navigating ambiguity to deliver results.
