Our flagship product, Sri Mandir, launched in November 2020, is the world's largest Hindu devotional app, acting as a digital sanctuary for millions globally. We aim to enhance individuals' spiritual connections through innovative technology, granting seamless access to pilgrimages, rituals, teachings, and vibrant community interaction. The app is rapidly expanding, currently growing 20-25% month over month.

The devotion market in India represents a $44 billion opportunity growing at 10% annually, primarily offline and fragmented. About $27 billion in transactions occur through temples, with 2 million+ temples across India and approximately 10,000 holding major cultural significance. Religious tourism adds another $10 billion opportunity.

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will have ownership of products impacting millions daily. Your responsibilities include defining the vision and strategy, guiding the product lifecycle end-to-end, partnering closely with founders and cross-functional teams, making data-driven decisions, and building products to achieve meaningful user and business outcomes. This role demands high initiative, first-principles thinking, and the ability to turn ambitious concepts into reality.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the product roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Utilize analytics, user research, and market data to uncover issues, opportunities, and measure improvements in product KPIs.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation, requirement gathering, prioritization, launch, through to post-launch enhancements.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Lead coordination across engineering, design, marketing, and operations to confidently deliver product initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics, iterating to enhance conversion, retention, and revenue.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to sustain product leadership.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Degree in Engineering or Management from a premier institute such as IIT, BITS Pilani, IIM, or ISB preferred.
• Experience: At least 4 years of core B2C product management experience with proven impact on Revenue, ARPU, Conversion Rate, Repeat Transactions, Retention, and Engagement.
• Demonstrated success with KPIs including Revenue, Conversion, ARPU, and Repeat Transactions.
• Strong analytical abilities for interpreting complex data sets effectively.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Bonus: Entrepreneurship or founding experience.
