Role Responsibilities

• Lead discovery of promising new business opportunities by identifying gaps and unmet needs across marketplaces.
• Rapidly validate ideas by designing and executing experiments, tests, and pilot programs with actual users to discard weak concepts and confirm viable ones.
• Analyze user behavior and market data to extract actionable insights that guide strategic decisions.
• Leverage AI technologies to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and creation of AI-native product experiences.
• Balance the interests of buyers and sellers, enhancing experience and value on both sides of the marketplace.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with third parties, vendors, and other stakeholders to accelerate execution.
• Develop compelling product visions and strategies, effectively presenting them to senior leadership to secure support and funding for scaling.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record of building products from the ground up, including launching at least one product or business through startup, incubator, or internal zero-to-one environments.
• Experience applying AI as a product tool—either by delivering AI/ML-powered products or utilizing AI to streamline discovery, prototyping, and decision-making.
• A proactive challenger of existing norms, committed to delivering improved solutions rather than accepting the status quo.
• Expertise with a comprehensive product management toolkit and a decisive bias toward action, knowing when and how to apply various frameworks or bypass them when appropriate.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively in fast-moving and uncertain contexts.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders beyond immediate squads to align behind shared goals.

Preferred Experience

Automotive industry, marketplace, or two-sided platform experience is advantageous, though not mandatory.
