Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement product strategies spanning theme parks, resorts, and cruise ships.
• Collaborate closely with various departments to align and implement the strategic direction.
• Convert product ideas into user stories, epics, requirement specifications, and test scenarios.
• Leverage guest insights, focus group feedback, and behavioral data to support decision-making.
• Secure necessary approvals for new functionalities from finance, legal, privacy, and security teams.
• Mentor new team members informally and clarify complex information effectively.
• Engage in scrum activities to prioritize tasks and resolve impediments.

Required Qualifications

• Strong analytical capability to identify and assess multiple solution paths.
• Independent working style with informal mentoring skills for juniors.
• Proven experience in transforming product concepts into detailed agile artifacts like user stories and epics.
• Competent in applying guest research and data analytics to guide product choices.
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
• Detail-focused and skilled in juggling several projects at once.
• Bachelor's degree holder.
• A minimum of 8 years' experience in product management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in travel, retail, or consumer sectors.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with geographically dispersed teams.
