We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to join the Workvivo team, a part of Zoom. The position focuses on gaining deep insights into customer needs and defining the core problems to address. You will spearhead discovery initiatives to identify significant opportunities, verify hypotheses, and ensure impactful results. Emphasizing an AI-first mindset, you will help shape strategies on utilizing emerging technologies to improve employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive product discovery and define problems to prioritize valuable opportunities for both customers and business.
- Conduct thorough market research, user interviews, and data analysis to uncover user needs and formulate hypotheses.
- Incorporate AI-first thinking into product strategy and design, exploring ways to leverage AI to enrich user experience.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop intuitive, scalable solutions that reflect the product vision.
- Work alongside Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to gather feedback and align on strategic direction and messaging.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, particularly in AI and employee engagement platforms.
- Establish success metrics and promote learning through experimentation and ongoing iteration.
Candidate Profile
- At least 4 years of experience in product management with demonstrated ability to lead discovery and deliver effective products.
- Proficient in research techniques, customer interviews, and converting insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience applying AI or cutting-edge technologies within SaaS products.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Well-versed in contemporary product development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision making.
- Proven success in launching products that achieve measurable business outcomes.
Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is between €69,200 and €110,700 annually. Compensation is based on qualifications and experience, and factors in base salary, bonuses, and equity. Compensation may vary depending on location.
