Role Overview

As a Senior Product Designer located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for leading complete product design processes from the initial discovery phase to final delivery. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, you will identify business objectives and user needs, define challenges and opportunities, and develop solutions through user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished, production-ready interfaces. Your daily tasks will include creating and refining design concepts, validating designs, documenting implementation details, and ensuring high-quality user experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in product design, delivering comprehensive digital product solutions.
• Hands-on experience in UX research, transforming insights into practical design strategies.
• Strong UI design skills to craft clear, accessible, and visually harmonious interfaces consistent with brand and design systems.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions while working with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
• Design experience for both web and mobile platforms, including responsive design, accessibility standards, and awareness of platform-specific limitations.
• Minimum of 3 years in product or UX design roles, including responsibilities at a senior level.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant design work that meets these criteria.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Background in fintech, banking, or handling intricate transactional products.
• Experience working within remote teams.
