- Skilled in utilizing industry-standard design software and applying AI technologies to enhance prototyping, mapping, and collaboration to support detailed UI design and overall quality.
- Possess a strong commercial and strategic reasoning ability that balances user needs and business objectives to maximize ROI, and communicate fluently with both business and design stakeholders.
- Exhibit empathetic leadership qualities that cultivate team skills and culture while simplifying complex ecosystem challenges into clear, actionable insights for multidisciplinary teams.
Work Environment and Benefits
- Enjoy a hybrid working model combining office time at the Surry Hills (Sydney) location with two days working remotely per week.
- Contribute to a high-impact role supporting teams that positively affect communities.
- Benefit from opportunities within a global enterprise offering diverse career paths and broad business networking.
- Access wellness programs including continuous availability of the Sonder app to prioritize your mental health.
- Participate in a competitive and progressive leave policy that respects personal priorities.
- Receive team discounts on Woolworths Group brands and participate in a rewards program that valorizes meaningful work.
