Role Overview

The Senior Product Designer will deeply understand customer needs and design, develop, and validate impactful strategic solutions. This role collaborates across multiple teams—Product, Engineering, Client Success—to deliver results. Responsibilities include usability testing of wireframes, clickable prototypes, and final products, as well as participating in design reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply user-centered design methodologies and best design practices.
• Define and articulate problems clearly while challenging existing assumptions and aligning on purpose, principles, and vision.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to balance user requirements, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Create detailed handover documentation clearly showing design behavior and interaction flows.

Candidate Profile

• Strong process guided by user needs, leveraging a service design approach to tackle complex business challenges.
• Adept at balancing high-level UX strategy with detailed execution.
• Commitment to excellence and precision in visual and interaction design.
• Ability to conceptualize holistic user experiences spanning multiple platforms and touchpoints.
• Proactive collaboration with design teams and cross-functional partners.
• Self-driven, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferably possesses product design experience in Banking or FinTech sectors.
