Senior Process Manager - .NET Technical Lead

About the Role

The .NET Technical Lead is a senior position focusing on leading software development teams using the Microsoft .NET technology stack. This role encompasses technical leadership, project and program management, people management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful, timely delivery of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor development teams specializing in .NET Core, ASP.NET, and related technologies.
• Design and define technical architecture including APIs and microservices aligned to business needs.
• Oversee coding standards, best practices, code reviews, and solution designs to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Tackle technical challenges such as performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Drive adoption of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and modern DevOps practices including continuous integration and deployment.
• Plan and manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment to Agile methodologies.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and enforce governance and compliance within software development lifecycle.
• Build high-performing teams through active hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and performance management.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and clients to translate requirements into feasible technical solutions.
• Deliver regular status updates, risk mitigation, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong command of .NET technologies including .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C#.
• Experience with Web APIs, microservices architectures, RESTful services.
• Database expertise with SQL Server including performance tuning.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like Angular or React is advantageous.
• Proficiency in cloud computing platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools like Git, CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of design patterns, object-oriented programming and software architectural principles.
• Project management skills including Agile and Scrum methodologies, risk management, planning, and estimation.
• Leadership capabilities with mentoring, stakeholder communication, team and resource management.
• Strong analytic thinking, excellent communication, conflict resolution, and ownership mindset.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• A typical range of 8 to 15+ years’ experience in software development with demonstrated expertise in .NET architecture design, team leadership, and project delivery.
