Job description
Primary Purpose of the Role
Lead studies, planning, initiation, evaluation, and development of infrastructure projects to ensure that all shared facilities within industrial zones are adequately prepared to support the projected expansion of existing and future industries under QatarEnergy, Joint Ventures, and Asset Operators.
Work closely with relevant internal departments, Joint Ventures, and asset operators to identify collaborative opportunities and develop comprehensive conceptual studies, development frameworks, project concepts, engineering strategies, execution plans, and associated activities.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least ten years of extensive design experience in the Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemical sectors, with a preferred five to eight years in consulting or engineering firms.
- Hands-on involvement in full project life cycles, project management, and strong supervisory capabilities.
- Experience in international projects accompanied by cultural awareness and sensitivity.
Educational Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Process or Chemical Engineering from an internationally accredited institution is mandatory.
