Opportunity Overview

Join our FP&A team as a Financial Analyst embedded within the Commercial organization. This hands-on role demands strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and the capacity to provide consistent financial support aligned with a dynamic sales team and pricing leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and apply pricing models to project profitability, revenue outcomes, and margin adjustments.
  • Assess the financial impact of process and product enhancements and integrate findings into pricing and financial frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Clinical/Operations, and Actuarial departments to build thorough pricing models and deliver strategic insights to executive leadership.
  • Review and authorize deal proposals, RFP responses, custom pricing structures, and discounting policies.
  • Collect and analyze internal data to track financial outcomes, key metrics, and client profiles.
  • Contribute to strategic projects organization-wide, offering scenario modeling and acting as a pricing strategy subject-matter expert.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts for sales and marketing units by partnering closely to develop accurate, data-driven plans.
  • Use Workday Adaptive Planning (Adaptive Insights) to streamline planning cycles, scenario analyses, and financial reports with precision and efficiency.
  • Leverage AI-driven analytics tools to automate recurring tasks, accelerate insight generation, and continually improve the quality of financial deliverables.

Information Security Management System (ISMS) Responsibilities

  • Maintain foundational knowledge of information security best practices.
  • Adhere to corporate policies and procedures consistently.
  • Stay informed on ISMS responsibilities as assigned by department or process leaders.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Between 3 to 6 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, or operations finance; preference for candidates with backgrounds in healthcare, BPO, or technology-enabled services.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel including complex financial modeling.
  • Fluent with both Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proven track record in building and managing intricate pricing models.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, capable of explaining financial results in a straightforward manner to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at juggling multiple deliverables across departments and time zones.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of healthcare industry billing and reimbursement models, particularly utilization management such as prior authorization and payment integrity.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning/Adaptive Insights platforms.
  • Exposure to AI-supported analytics or business intelligence software like Claude, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
  • Advanced qualifications such as an MBA or CPA/ICAI certification are advantageous.

  • Applicants should be willing to reliably commute or relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana before starting employment.
