Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Planning Engineer with substantial construction planning expertise, particularly within the UAE villa project sector. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience managing large-scale projects to our engineering and contracting team located in Sharjah, UAE.
Mandatory Requirements
- Overall professional experience ranging between 10 and 12 years.
- At least six years of focused experience working within the UAE construction market.
- Hands-on involvement in villa construction projects (horizontal developments) in the UAE.
- Proven track record handling projects valued at AED 500 million or higher.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior engagement with construction projects situated in Sharjah.
- Experience collaborating with or on projects for Arada.
