Role Overview

We are inviting applications for a Senior Physiotherapist to join our expanding team in Hobart, Tasmania. This position offers a defined leadership trajectory where traditional physiotherapy practices are supplemented by strength training education aimed at prevention and lasting wellness.

Responsibilities

• Assume leadership duties alongside clinical responsibilities, with structured pathways for career advancement.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team committed to movement and health optimization.
• Manage diverse client cases spanning from sports participants to injury recovery scenarios, emphasizing meaningful health outcomes.
• Allocate nonclinical periods for organizational planning, mentoring, and team development.
• Act as a mentor fostering a high-performance team culture.
• Utilize objective metrics such as strength assessments to guide clinical decisions.
• Educate clients on the benefits of strength training combined with physiotherapeutic techniques.
• Operate advanced rehabilitation equipment and diagnostic technologies for superior patient care.
• Engage with referrers to maintain and build professional partnerships.
• Deliver services that align with Kieser's science-based and client-focused ethos.
• Participate in structured leadership and professional growth initiatives provided internally and externally.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy recognized by AHPRA.
• Current, valid registration with AHPRA.
• Legal right to work in Australia.
• Professional indemnity insurance coverage.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check clearance.
• A minimum of three years clinical experience, preferably acquired in private practice.
