About the Role
An established publicly listed group based in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire a Senior People Partner fluent in Arabic. This strategic role within the Human Capital team will collaborate with business leaders to implement people initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance. The role entails partnering closely with various Human Capital Centers of Excellence to deliver aligned people solutions that drive a culture of high performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to align people strategies with company goals.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Rewards, and HR Operations to ensure a unified employee experience.
- Offer coaching and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, and related HR issues.
- Assist in workforce and succession planning, conduct talent reviews, and support organizational development projects.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and strengthen company culture within assigned business units.
- Leverage people analytics and workforce data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Support major organizational change and transformation efforts.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, organizational policies, and governance standards.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
- 8 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, especially in Business Partnering or People Partnering roles.
- Experience in sectors such as Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, Telecommunications, Aviation, or other large multi-location businesses is strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and contemporary HR practices.
- Demonstrated capability to influence senior leadership and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or comparable platforms.
