Job Role and Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and configuring comprehensive Pega applications spanning all core modules.
- Implementing and managing case management systems, workflow processes, user interface designs, and systems integration within the Pega platform.
- Developing integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Collaborating closely with business analysts and stakeholders to create scalable and effective Pega solutions.
- Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), production deployments, and subsequent post-launch activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of extensive hands-on experience in Pega development.
- Mandatory possession of the CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification.
- In-depth expertise in Case Management, Data Pages, Decision Rules, and Flow Actions within Pega.
- Familiarity with the latest Pega Infinity versions '25 or '26.
- Good understanding and practical experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Location and Employment Details
The position is based in Pune, India, offering a hybrid work model. This is a full-time role.
Eligibility
Applicants should hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE).
