Role Overview
The Senior Partner position, based in Auckland, is a full-time on-site leadership role focused on steering client engagements, spearheading business development, and influencing the firm’s strategy. Key responsibilities include managing pivotal client partnerships, overseeing project execution, and providing senior advisory support to ensure clients realize measurable success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor teams, fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Manage significant client relationships to drive business growth and satisfaction.
- Oversee project delivery ensuring quality and timely outcomes.
- Contribute to the governance of the firm and financial performance objectives.
- Represent FTS within local and regional professional networks to enhance the firm’s market presence.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience in senior leadership or partnership positions within professional services or consulting sectors.
- Strong expertise in client management, business growth initiatives, and strategic advisory.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and nurture talent development in an inclusive environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills at executive levels.
- Comprehension of financial oversight including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or related fields; advanced degrees or certifications are favorable.
- Demonstrated success in driving organizational expansion, overseeing complex projects, and achieving tangible outcomes.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite in Auckland and build meaningful local and regional professional relationships.
